Don Dodd

With 50 years of experience in the supervision of design and construction of major structures, Don has concentrated his career on mid- and high-rise office, multi-family residential and educational buildings for a total of around 15,000,000 square feet worth in excess of $4,000,000,000. Additionally, he has overseen approximately 10,000,000 square feet of office tenant work.

Don began his career with work on the World Trade Center for Tishman Realty and Construction in 1964, graduating through various levels to the position of Vice President. After leaving in 1978 to found his own company, he later joined HCB Contractors in Los Angeles as Manager of Operations for the West Coast. He became a key part of the M. David Paul & Associates team in 1983 as Sr. Vice President of Krismar Construction where he was in charge of all new construction. He continues to work closely with MDPA and Worthe Real Estate Group in the design and construction of their properties.
